Kids Sports Birthday Parties

Available across North Sydney

An action-packed birthday experience that every kid at the party will talk about for weeks. Our coaches run the whole thing — you just show up and celebrate. Multi-sport games, team challenges, and pure fun.

Not just after school care.
A genuine development program.

Every program element is designed around one goal: giving your child the physical foundations to thrive in every sport they play — and in life.

Speed & Agility Training

Dedicated sprint mechanics and change-of-direction drills every session — the same fundamentals taught in elite youth academies, calibrated for 9–12 year olds. Kids get measurably faster.

Periodised Weekly Curriculum

Sessions follow a structured curriculum that builds week-on-week. Children see their own improvement — and that visible progress is the most powerful driver of lasting sport participation.

Walking Bus from School Gates

Our supervised walking bus collects children from partner school gates and takes them directly to the program. No 3pm panic for parents. No gap in the day for kids.

WWCC-Cleared Qualified Coaches

All coaches hold current Working With Children Check clearances and are trained in foundational movement skills, athletic performance principles, and child-appropriate behaviour management.

Multi-Sport Variety Prevents Burnout

By rotating across football, basketball, cricket, tennis and more, the program eliminates the overuse injury risk and early burnout that single-sport specialisation causes in children under 12.

Small Groups, Real Coaching

Group sizes are deliberately limited so every child receives individual coaching attention — not just participation supervision. This is the difference between a development program and a babysitting service.

Why the research backs multi-sport development

What North Shore families say

Real feedback from parents whose children are in the program across Neutral Bay, Lane Cove, and Greenwich.

“My son has been in the program for two terms and the difference is remarkable. His school sports coach commented on how much faster and more coordinated he’s become. But the best part? He wants to go every single day.”
S
Sarah M.
Mum of a Year 5 student, Neutral Bay
“The walking bus system has genuinely changed our afternoons. I used to leave work early twice a week — now I don’t have to. And knowing she’s not just sitting around but actually doing something incredible? That’s the bonus.”
J
James T.
Dad of a Year 4 student, Lane Cove
“We tried three other after school options before this one. Nothing compares. The coaches actually coach — they teach, they encourage, they push the kids in the right way. It’s the real thing, not supervised play.”

We’re building future athletes — one session at a time

The Multi-Sport Kids Academy was built on a single conviction: the after school slot is the most important two hours in a child’s physical development — and most programs waste it.

We exist to fill that gap. Using the principles of long-term athletic development, we teach children aged 9–12 the foundational physical skills — speed, agility, coordination, balance — that transfer to every sport they’ll ever play.

  • Structured curriculum aligned with the LTAD framework
  • Multi-sport sessions across football, basketball, cricket and more
  • Qualified coaches with WWCC clearances
  • Walking bus from Neutral Bay, Lane Cove and Greenwich schools
  • School holiday camps every break — no development gap
  • Free Trial Thursdays — no commitment, no cost

Common questions from North Shore parents

Can’t find the answer here? Contact us or download the free parent guide.

The Academy is designed specifically for children aged 9–12. This window corresponds to the “Learning to Train” phase in the Long-Term Athlete Development framework — where foundational movement skills have their greatest impact on long-term athletic development. If your child is turning 9 soon, contact us to discuss the right start time.

A qualified, WWCC-cleared coach collects enrolled children from the designated pickup point at their school gate at the end of the school day. The group walks together to the training venue under full supervision. Parents simply collect their child from the venue at the end of the session. Details on current school coverage are in our free parent guide.

Yes — every Thursday is a Free Trial Thursday. Your child joins a full session at no cost and with no obligation. You’re welcome to watch from the sideline. Most families who attend a trial Thursday enrol within the week. Register here — spots are limited.

The Academy is designed to complement club sport, not compete with it. The skills developed here — speed, agility, coordination — directly improve your child’s performance in their weekend sport. Because we use varied movement patterns rather than intensifying one sport’s mechanics, the Academy reduces overuse injury risk rather than adding to it. Parents regularly hear from club coaches that their child’s movement quality has improved since joining.

Every school break, we run intensive multi-sport holiday camps — full-day programs with sport rotations, athletic challenges, and team competitions. These are open to both existing members and new families. View and book a school holiday camp.

Start with a Free Trial Thursday or go straight to one of our program pages to book online. The free parent guide covers costs, curriculum, and logistics in detail. You can also contact us directly with any questions.

Come and try it. Thursday is free.

No commitment, no cost — just bring your child along to a Free Trial Thursday and see what the program is all about. Most families are enrolled by Friday.
