Stay active, work outdoors, connect with people, and make a real difference in kids' lives every single day. Business Ownership ## Start Your Own Business With Purpose Are you wanting to run your own business under an exciting and fast-growing brand — one that keeps you active, outdoors and connected to people (not screens)? In a world rapidly changing with AI and automation, this is a hands-on, human-centred opportunity that makes a real difference. We've highlighted some of the most rewarding benefits below. [See How It Works](https://www.multisportgames.com.au/join-the-team#steps) ![Business Ownership — Multi-Sport Kids Academy](https://www.multisportgames.com.au/hubfs/Join%20Us.webp) Why Join Us ## A lifestyle, not just a job Eight reasons MSKA business ownership is genuinely different from anything else out there. Health & Lifestyle Freedom Swap the desk for the outdoors. Running MSKA sessions keeps you fit, active and energised. You'll inspire kids while improving your own physical and mental wellbeing. It's more than work — it's a lifestyle. Work Less, Live More Most MSKA owners run programs for just a few hours a day — usually mornings or afternoons. You reclaim your daytime and build work around your life, not the other way around. Golf and beach days could be back (with fewer queues!). Future Income Protection in an AI World By 2030, an estimated 92 million jobs worldwide could be displaced by AI. It's nearly impossible for technology to replace coaching, motivating and connecting with kids in person. That's true future-proofing. Family Involvement If you've got kids, bring them along for the ride. They'll see what you do, stay active and grow up surrounded by positivity and movement. A healthy business, a healthy parent and a healthy family. Extremely Low Startup Costs With minimal setup and ongoing costs, MSKA is designed to be affordable to start and profitable to run. No costly equipment or premises — just enthusiasm, coaching guidance and a park! Be Part of Something Bigger You'll join a community of like-minded, supportive people across Sydney and soon all of Australia. We share ideas, run monthly catch-ups (often by the beach!) and help each other grow. Business ownership without the loneliness. Impact with Purpose Every session makes a difference. You're helping kids build confidence, coordination and lifelong healthy habits. You might even be training the next generation of Olympians — we're already seeing some cracking little athletes coming out of our programs. Training & Full Support You'll get access to our tried-and-tested programs, session templates and business guidance — so you're never starting from scratch. We'll help you grow your sessions confidently and sustainably from day one. ## In Summary Get outdoors. Protect yourself from the changing, AI-driven world. Get fit and healthy. Work fewer hours. Join a community that genuinely cares and experience the joy of running your own business under our brand. It's about creating a long-term lifestyle that we — and you — would love.
