About this agreement: This document combines our Terms and Conditions with a Liability Waiver, Risk Warning, and Indemnity Agreement. It is designed to ensure complete transparency regarding the nature of the programs run by the Multi-Sport Group, The Multi-Sport Kids Academy, and The Multi-Sport Games. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge the explicit risks involved, accept our operational boundaries, and assume full legal responsibility for your child's participation.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Multi-Sport Kids Academy website at multisportgames.com.au and your participation in any of our programs, camps, events, or services (collectively, "Services").
By submitting an enrolment, registering for a free trial, making a booking or payment, or otherwise accessing our Services, you ("the Parent" or "Guardian") confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms;
- You are the legal parent or guardian of the child(ren) you are enrolling; and
- You have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your child(ren).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enrol your child or use our Services.
About Our Services

- School Holiday Camps — intensive multi-sport programs running during NSW school holiday periods;
- Kids Birthday Parties — organised sporting party events for children and their guests; and
- Free Trials — single complimentary taster sessions for prospective participants.
Program details: Current session times, venues, age groups, and pricing are listed on our website and in the Free Parent Information Guide. We reserve the right to adjust program details with reasonable notice.
Enrolment & Registration
Enrolment in our programs is subject to availability and is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or approved payment arrangement) for the relevant term or program.
Eligibility
Our after school programs and holiday camps are designed for children aged 5–12. Participation outside this age range may be considered at our discretion. Children must be able to participate safely in active outdoor sports activities.
Information accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, including your child's name, date of birth, school, emergency contact details, and any relevant medical or health information. You must notify us promptly of any changes to this information.
Free trials
Free trials are offered to new participants only, one per child, and are subject to session availability. A free trial does not constitute enrolment and does not guarantee a place in a program.
Waiting lists
Where a program is at capacity, we will offer placement on a waiting list. Waiting list positions are offered in order of registration. We will notify you by email as soon as a place becomes available.
Fees, Payments & Refunds
Fees
Current program fees are published on our website and in the parent information guide. All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Fees are reviewed periodically and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Payment
Payment is due prior to the commencement of each term or program. We accept payment via our online booking system. Your enrolment is not confirmed until payment has been received and processed.
Refunds
We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is as follows:
| Notice Given | Refund Entitlement |
|---|---|
| 7 or more days before program start | Full refund, less any payment processing fees |
| 3–6 days before program start | 50% refund or full credit toward a future term |
| Less than 3 days before program start | No refund; credit toward a future term at our discretion |
| After program commencement | Pro-rata credit for remaining sessions, subject to a minimum 5-business-day written notice |
| Program cancelled by us | Full refund or full credit, at your election |
Medical withdrawals: If your child is unable to continue participation due to a medical condition or injury, please contact us. We will consider pro-rata refund requests supported by a medical certificate on a case-by-case basis.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Cancellations & Program Changes
Cancellation by you
To cancel or withdraw from a program, please contact us via our contact form or by email. Cancellations are subject to the refund terms in Section 4.
Session absences
We do not offer make-up sessions or credits for individual sessions missed by your child, except in circumstances of extended illness supported by a medical certificate. Please notify us of any planned absences where possible.
Cancellation or changes by us
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel or reschedule individual sessions or entire programs due to unsafe weather conditions, insufficient enrolments, venue unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
- Modify program content, timing, or venue with reasonable notice; and
- Merge or split program groups where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
Where we cancel a session, we will endeavour to reschedule it or provide a pro-rata credit. Where we cancel an entire program, a full refund or credit will be offered as set out in Section 4.
Weather policy: We train in all weather conditions and have never cancelled a session due to weather. Hot days involve water activities; cold and wet days involve adapted activities. Sessions will only be suspended in the event of extreme weather posing a genuine safety risk (e.g., lightning within the area).
Explicit Risk Warning and Assumption of Risk
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in programs run by the Multi-Sport Group, The Multi-Sport Kids Academy, and The Multi-Sport Games involves inherent and obvious risks. I understand and explicitly consent to my child participating in the following activities:
Multi-Sports & Team Games
Including but not limited to Touch Rugby, T-Ball, Soccer/Football, Netball, Athletics, Basketball, Cricket, and athletic development/physical literacy training.
Outdoor Exploration & Nature Play
As part of our philosophy of getting kids outside and playing in the dirt, children are allowed to explore and play freely within boundaries defined by our coaches.
Tree Climbing
Children are permitted to climb trees under the strict rules that they do not exceed 1.5 meters in height and only climb on branches thicker than their own waist.
Acceptance of risk: I accept that despite safety measures and coach supervision, these physical activities carry unavoidable risks of physical injury, illness, and property damage.
Walking Bus Service
As part of our program, we offer a "Walking Bus" service where coaches collect children from their school and walk them to the designated park or recreational centre. I acknowledge that transiting through public spaces, navigating footpaths, and crossing roads involves inherent risks, including traffic hazards, slips, trips, and interactions with the general public.
Walking Bus rules
To mitigate these risks, I agree that my child must strictly adhere to the following rules while in transit:
- Children must walk at all times (no running ahead).
- Children must walk in pairs (in two's).
- Children must wait for explicit consent and instruction from a Coach before crossing any roads.
- There is to be absolutely no wrestling, pushing, or playing while in transit.
Disobedience clause: I accept that any failure to follow these transit rules falls under the Disobedience clause (Section 10) and that the Multi-Sport Group, The Multi-Sport Kids Academy, and The Multi-Sport Games assume no liability for incidents arising from a child breaking these safety protocols. Persistent disobedience will result in immediate removal from the Walking Bus service to ensure the safety of the wider group.
Supervision
Children using the walking bus are under the supervision of a qualified coach holding a current Working With Children Check (WWCC). Coaches follow a fixed route from the agreed school pickup point to the venue.
Pickup authorisation
By enrolling your child in a program that includes walking bus access, you authorise our coaches to collect your child from the designated school pickup point and supervise them during the walk to the venue. If your child will not be participating on a given day, it is your responsibility to notify us and to inform the school not to release your child to our coach.
After-session collection
Children must be collected by a parent, guardian, or approved adult at the venue at the end of each session. If you will be late, please notify us in advance. Children will not be released to any person not listed as an authorised adult on your enrolment form without prior written approval.
No unsupervised departures: Children will not be permitted to walk home unaccompanied or depart with any adult not listed on the enrolment form as an authorised pickup person. If there is an emergency change to pickup arrangements, please contact us before the session ends.
Conduct & Participation
We are committed to providing a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for every child in our programs. All participants are expected to meet our conduct standards.
Participant conduct
Children participating in our programs are expected to:
- Treat all coaches, staff, and other participants with respect;
- Follow coach instructions and program rules;
- Behave in a manner that does not compromise the safety or enjoyment of others;
- Wear appropriate footwear and clothing for outdoor sports activity; and
- Bring a labelled water bottle to every session.
Parent and guardian conduct
We ask that parents and guardians support a positive program environment by:
- Ensuring your child arrives and is collected on time;
- Communicating any concerns about your child's participation directly and respectfully with our team;
- Refraining from interfering with coaching during sessions; and
- Treating all coaches, staff, and other families with courtesy and respect.
Removal from program
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any participant from a program where their behaviour poses a safety risk or significantly disrupts the experience of others. In such cases, a pro-rata refund for remaining sessions may be offered at our discretion. No refund will be issued where removal is due to repeated or serious misconduct.
Health & Medical Conditions
I confirm that my child is physically capable of participating in these dynamic activities. The health and safety of every child in our programs is our highest priority, and you agree to the following obligations regarding your child's health.
Disclosure of medical information
You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, disabilities, or physical limitations that may affect your child's safe participation in active outdoor sports activities at the time of enrolment, or immediately upon diagnosis or change in condition.
This includes but is not limited to: asthma, heart conditions, epilepsy, diabetes, severe allergies (including anaphylaxis), recent injuries or surgeries, and any conditions requiring medication or management during sessions.
Medication and medical action plans
Where your child requires medication (such as an EpiPen or asthma inhaler) during sessions, you must provide the medication, a clearly labelled carry case, and a written medical action plan approved by your child's treating medical practitioner. Our coaches are not authorised to administer prescription medication without a current action plan in place.
Fitness to participate
By enrolling your child, you confirm that to the best of your knowledge your child is physically fit to participate in active outdoor sporting activities. You agree not to send your child to a session if they are unwell, displaying symptoms of infectious illness, or have been advised by a medical professional to rest.
First aid and emergency treatment
In the event of illness or injury during a session, our coaches will administer basic first aid and contact you immediately. Where a situation is assessed as a medical emergency, we will contact emergency services. I authorize the Multi-Sport Group, The Multi-Sport Kids Academy, and The Multi-Sport Games to seek medical treatment on behalf of my child where I cannot be reached and a treating medical professional deems it necessary, and I accept full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.
Peer-to-Peer Accidents and Disobedience
We maintain strict coach-to-student ratios and supervision; however, I acknowledge and accept that:
Peer Accidents
The Multi-Sport Group, The Multi-Sport Kids Academy, and The Multi-Sport Games accept no legal or financial responsibility if my child is accidentally harmed by another child during the course of training, sports, or play.
Note: Any deliberate acts of malice or bullying will be dealt with immediately under our strict zero-tolerance policy.
Disobedience
The Multi-Sport Group, The Multi-Sport Kids Academy, and The Multi-Sport Games accept no responsibility for injuries or incidents that occur if my child actively disobeys coach instructions, acts inappropriately, refuses to stay within defined boundaries, or runs away from the group.
Dismissal policy: We reserve the right to dismiss any child for unsafe behavior without a refund.
Liability, Waiver & Indemnity
General waiver and release
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Multi-Sport Group, The Multi-Sport Kids Academy, and The Multi-Sport Games and all associated parties from all claims, liabilities, or expenses that may arise as a result of my child's participation. This waiver includes negligence, accidents, injuries, or any damage or loss incurred during the programs.
Parental indemnity
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Multi-Sport Group, The Multi-Sport Kids Academy, and The Multi-Sport Games, including their entities, employees, instructors, and agents, from and against any and all claims, demands, or legal actions brought by, or on behalf of, my child in the future, arising out of their participation in these programs.
Our liability
We take all reasonable steps to provide a safe environment and to ensure our coaches are appropriately qualified and attentive. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multi-Sport Kids Academy is not liable for:
- Any loss, damage, or injury arising from your child's participation in our programs, except where caused by our negligence or breach of a statutory guarantee;
- Loss or damage to personal property brought to sessions, including clothing, bags, or sports equipment; or
- Any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
Specific indemnity triggers
To the extent permitted by law, you additionally indemnify Multi-Sport Kids Academy and its coaches, staff, and contractors against any claim, loss, or liability arising from:
- Your failure to disclose relevant medical information under Section 9;
- Your child's failure to comply with reasonable coach instructions; or
- Any inaccurate information provided at enrolment.
Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Where we provide a service to a consumer, we provide statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be disclaimed.
Photography & Media Consent
We may photograph or film children during program sessions for use in our marketing materials, website, and social media channels.
Consent
Separate media consent is obtained at the time of enrolment. By providing consent, you authorise us to use photographs and footage in which your child may be identifiable for the purpose of promoting Multi-Sport Kids Academy programs.
Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw media consent at any time by contacting us in writing. Withdrawal of consent applies from the date of notification and does not require us to remove historical content in which your child appears incidentally alongside a group.
Third-party photography
Parents and guardians who are present at sessions may photograph their own child but are asked not to photograph other children without the express consent of those children's parents or guardians. We ask that any group photos shared on social media avoid clearly identifying other participants.
Non-consent
If you do not consent to photography at enrolment, we will take reasonable steps to ensure your child is not the primary subject of any marketing images. Due to the group nature of our sessions, we cannot guarantee that your child will never appear incidentally in the background of group content.

All content on our website and in our program materials — including text, images, logos, curriculum design, training methodologies, and digital assets — is the intellectual property of Multi-Sport Kids Academy or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a link to a page or saving an image for your own records) is permitted.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our programs, pricing, legal obligations, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
For participants currently enrolled in a program, material changes to these Terms will take effect at the commencement of the next enrolment period unless a change is required by law, in which case it takes effect immediately.
We encourage you to review these Terms before each new enrolment. Continued enrolment or use of our Services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement applies to the entirety of my child's participation in all programs run by the Multi-Sport Group, The Multi-Sport Kids Academy, and The Multi-Sport Games, regardless of location or frequency.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of our Services.
Where a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally before either party pursues formal dispute resolution.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
