It's simple — you choose a date and location (or we help you find one), and our coaches arrive fully prepared with all the equipment. The kids are split into teams and spend the full hour doing multi-sport games, races, and challenges.
Parents can sit back, chat, and enjoy the time while we manage everything. At the end of the session the kids finish buzzing — it's a genuinely memorable birthday experience.
Our parties work well for a wide range of ages from 5-12 years. The activities and intensity are adjusted by our coaches on the day to suit the group — whether that's 5-year-olds learning new games or 12-year-olds going full speed in a tournament format.
If you have a mixed-age group, just let us know when you enquire and we'll plan accordingly.
Not necessarily. We can come to your backyard, a local park, or another indoor/ outdoor space you've already arranged. If you're unsure about a venue we can suggest suitable options in the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches that work well for group activities.
We're flexible — just tell us roughly where you're located and we'll work with you to find something that suits.
The $295 package covers a full 1-hour coached session for up to 15 kids, including:
Optional electronic invitations are available for an additional fee. Venue hire (if required) is arranged separately.
Yes you can. For anything over 15 and up to 25 kids, this requires a second Coach at an additional cost of $75.
Yes. All Multi-Sport Kids Academy staff hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and are First Aid certified. Our coaches are experienced at managing groups of children in active outdoor settings and know how to keep kids safe, engaged and having fun.
We operate outdoors in most conditions. For light rain, we adapt the program and still run the session. In the case of severe weather (heavy continuous rain, high winds, or lightning risk), we'll contact you as early as possible to discuss rescheduling.
We aim to be as flexible as possible — your child's birthday is important to us and we'll do everything we can to make it happen.
